Attorney Brett Broge's legal practice has focused on many legal issues stretching nationwide from California to New York arising from his professional liability and insurance coverage practice started in 2002.  Mr. Broge's successes involve  substantial civil litigation trial and appellate victories, the composition and argument of several successful dismissal motions, and the achievement of numerous advantageous settlements for his clients.  Mr. Broge is admitted to practice law in California and New York.  After formally heading the New York office for a California insurance defense firm in 2007, Mr. Broge joined Mr. Hunter 2011 to form their current law firm.
